Die Autorin verdeutlicht anhand ihrer Erkenntnisse aus fünf Studien, dass dynamische, richtungsweisende Symbole den Fahrer bei der Geschwindigkeitswahl sowie in Einfädelmanövern unterstützen. Dabei arbeitet die Autorin heraus, dass die Symbole in einem konstanten Abstand vor dem Fahrzeug auf die Fahrbahn projiziert und als eine direkte Handlungsaufforderung konzipiert werden sollten.
